The Bigness
The Bigness
The Bigness draws its inspiration from the greats, such as Patti Smith, Neil Young and many others, and has been compared to a modern-day Fleetwood Mac.

On their latest album, Time Traveler, each song threads together with a common trait: the spotlight placed on Kristin Bigness’s impressive, diverse vocals in the forefront. The repertoire of the emotions she captures through her voice ranges from sweet sentiment to ferocious edge — but no matter which end of the spectrum she lands, her voice resonates with fierce confidence. Supported by her husband John Bueno’s masterful guitar work, and long-time friends, Stephen Maurer and David Kovach on bass and drums respectively, Bigness never stops shining.
Don Babylon
Don Babylon
Formed in 2013 and hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Don Babylon churns out drunk, sad rock'n'roll in between kitchen shifts and last call. After recording a number of EPs in 2017 the group released their debut album, Babe. The album tackles suicide and substance abuse with the wry wit of a barstool prophet. Will Toledo of Car Seat Headrest called it, “one of the best albums of 2017” and another reviewer compares them to a drunk punk Elvis Presley. The band has played with acts such as Car Seat Headrest, Diarrhea Planet, and A Place to Bury Strangers. They survived and thrived through their first U.S national tour and have begun writing their second album.

"Unreconstructed, unconstrained, unremittingly mojo-heavy rock." - Mike Rea

"Come early, Don Babylon goes on at 7:45 and they've got one of the best albums of 2017!" - Will Toledo, Car Seat Headrest

"We were so pumped to be able to help Don Babylon put one of this year’s most exciting records onto something you can touch. Praised by Car Seat Headrest’s Will Toledo, and everyone who’s seen them, we’re massive fans." - Medical Records

"[BABE] exists as kind of a mutant blender of American music circa 2017. Emo heartpouring, Archers of Loaf frankness, country piano flourishes, and even Fugazi-style disjointed riffage find their way into the potent mix" - Indicate Interest Zine

"SONG OF THE DAY: 'People Having Fun (Not Really)'.
Part Elvis Presley but with a punk accent and urgency. The song unfolds from nervous blues to wanting to scream at the top of your lungs. Efficient in every way." - I Left Without My Hat, France

"A winding road that leaves the listener wondering if they somehow landed on another record at times, BABE is a testament to the trio's songwriting ability and attention for structure. Though rock for most of the record, the band flirts with other styles -- maudlin, country, and post punk -- in a way that helps bookend sections of the record and allow strong compositions like "There Will Be Blood" to really shine through and leave a lasting impression." - Doug Nunnally, RVA Mag
